Hello Fellow Beekeepers
I want to remind everyone regarding the upcoming Field Day at Bart Bowman’s on June 25 at 10 am. His address is 325 Dale Lane in Paint Lick KY.
This is going to be an excellent opportunity for newcomers and also beekeepers with experience to gain further knowledge regarding beekeeping from some of the club members with years of experience. I encourage everyone to attend, remember that you will need to bring your gloves and veil with you since we will be getting into hives.
We hope to have enough veterans in order to split into 4-5 groups to go through hives pointing out different aspects of beekeeping. There is no better way to learn than to actually get into a hive and see things for yourself.
REMEMBER : WE WILL NOT BE HAVING THE JUNE MEETING AT THE EXTENSION AGENCY ON THE 27th, THE FIELD DAY WILL BE TAKING THE PLACE OF THIS MEETING.
